What People Are Saying

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best picture. I bought last month and the picture is amazing even with regular HD. The 2016 Olympics was great. Sometimes the program gets stuck for a few seconds, I wish LG upgrades the OS to 3.0.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Awesome TV with a steep price tag! I bought this oled TV a couple of months after it first arrived in the market. So the price has dropped in certain retailers. Overall I love the way it absorbs the viewer and its simple yet sleek design. Nice almost no bezel look makes the images more edge to edge makes the viewer experience more immersive. The web os 2.0 works well with small flaws such as remote control lag sometimes. Decent sound quality compared to other TVs this thin. I would definitely recommend the TV in terms of picture quality and friendly enjoyable user experience.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fantastic Picture!!!!! After just a month of having the new OLED, I think I am seeing things as they were really intended. It's like getting new glasses and finally seeing details that before were just things blended in. Although some of the 4K content is still a little scarce, just the upscaling alone provides a level of clarity and contrast that I have not seen before. Highly recommended!!!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wow!!! I have had this tv for nearly a month, and so far I am extremely pleased. I did not have it turned on the first time for more than 5 minutes before my 87 year old mom commented on the excellent color and sound. I have not had a lot of time to explore the myriad of features, but those I have explored are very intuitive. I have had one issue however. When my Comcast box is hooked up to the HDMI 1 source on the tv, the picture and audio keep going off and on. When I switch it to HDMI 2 the problem is rectified. Fortunately the tv is under warranty, I hope to get this taken care of shortly. Other than that issue, this is the best tv I have ever had.

I have a 65 inch oled tv.. Hoe do i connect my external speakers ( receiver) . Ca i use the av in cable plug at the back of the tv to my reciever?

Asked by: Ting
I apologize, but no; the connection available, for use with an external audio receiver, would be to connect the system to the OPTICAL Digital Audio Output jack on the TV. Once this connection has been made, set the AUDIO OUT settings to the External Speakers settings.

I still can't play Netflix HDR on my 55EF9500 (running the latest SW 04.25.05). Bandwidth isn't the problem, I have a 75Mbps connection and HDR isn't showing on Netflix (app updated/tried with both wifi and wired connection). In the Amazon app, HDR works.

Asked by: tb87
We regret the inconvenience you have experienced with this television and its features. The TV and its capabilities have been fully tested for HDR programming. The TV is fully capable of utilizing HDR with Netflix. That being the case, it is typically the additional network bandwidth that might be restricting this access. If this does not resolve the matter, please contact our Customer Interactive Center at 800-243-0000.
