Causes and Symptoms

  • The message says [Set the HDMI Ultra HD Deep color].

Try this

Depending on the supports for HDMI 2.0, set it on or off.
Ex) When connecting a settop box: On → Screen quality poor → Off. (Sometimes set it in the opposite way.)

HDMI 2.0 supporting device : On
HDMI 2.0 non-supporting device : Off

How to handle issues with message off

At the bottom of message, there are the two buttons, [Do not Display this message again.] and [Close].

1. In case of button type model

Press the L/R key to select [Do not Display this message again.] and press [OK]. Then, it will not appear again. So, keep this in mind.

2. In case of joystick model

Move the joystick button to L/R and select [[Do not Display this message again.] and press [Power]. Then, will not appear again. So, keep this in mind.
