Store Mode displays key features of the product on the screen.

➔ If [Store Mode] is on, your TV reverts to the mode even when the Power Saving Mode has been set.

To prevent this, you need to enable [Home Mode] first.

Causes and Symptoms

➔ Go to [Settings], and switch the mode to [Home Mode] from [Store Mode].

Changing to [Home Mode] in the Settings menu

WebOS 5.0

Press the

button on the TV remote and select [All Settings] → [General] → [Home/Store Mode] → [Home Mode].

Turn on the TV and press the [Settings] button on your TV remote.
Select [All Settings] in the [Settings] menu.

① Select [General] and then [Additional Settings].

② Select [Home Mode] in [Home/Store Mode].

WebOS 4.0

Press the

button on the TV remote and select [All Settings] → [Additional Settings] → [Home/Store Mode] → [Home Mode]

Turn on the TV and press the [Settings] button on your TV remote.
Select [All Settings] in the [Settings] menu.

① Select [General] and then [Home/Store Mode].

② Select [Home Mode] in [Home/Store Mode].
