Q. Is the sound coming from the water pipes in home?(this noise is loud like hammer sound “ Tang Tang”).
Yes : This is called water hammer. It means a sudden obstruction in the path of high pressure fluid through a pipe.
This noise is coming from customers home main pipe and not from washing machine and is caused by
high water pressure in pipes.
An easy way to solve of this is to adjust the water pressure by turning off the water valve in the home.
