Causes and Symptoms
- The [Pause / Add Item] button is being pressed.
- [Soak] is selected as the washing course.
Try this
Is the [Pause] button being pressed?
➔ If there is no abnormality in water supply, but the tub does not spin, check if the ［Pause / Add Item］ button is being pressed.
Is the selected course the [Soak] course?
➔ Select ［Spin (cycle)］ or ［Rinse + Spin］ and operate the washing machine again.
When a particular course is selected such that ［Soak］ is selected or only ［Washing］ is selected, the washing machine stops without draining water after that particular operation.
Does the problem persist after checking the washing course selection and the button being pressed?
➔ The product should be checked by a professional service technician. Request an in-house service.
