Are there signs of leakage near the washer?
➔ Find out whether the leak is due to a fault in the machine, or a broken tap or another reason through a simple test outlined below.

Is there a puddle near the drain hole?
The leak could be due to a detached or improperly attached drain hose to the drain hole.
Another possibility is a clogged drain hole causing backflow.
Additionally, a leak from the boiler might be causing a puddle near the washer or the drain hole.
Is the leak coming from the rear of the washer?
➔ If the leak is coming from the rear, where the tap or drain hole is located,
it could indicate an issue with the drainage or water supply parts.
Additionally, the leak could be due to over-sudsing from excess detergent usage.
Is the water supply hose or the tap leaking?
➔ Detach the inlet hose and reconnect.
If the tap is leaking, it is likely that the issue lies with the tap, not the machine.
Is it leaking from the lower side of the washer door?
➔ If there are dirt and foreign substances stuck within the door gasket, leakage may occur.
Please clean the gasket.
Is water leaking from the access panel?
➔ After cleaning the drain pump filter, ensure to properly close the drain hose and the pump.
Water may leak to the bottom of the washer if these components are
not properly reassembled and closed after cleaning the drain pump filter.
