Why does an outdoor unit keep running after an indoor unit is turned off?
Symptom
The outdoor unit keeps running after the indoor unit is turned off.
Cause
As the wing does not stop immediately after the fan is turned off,
the outdoor fan runs for 1-3 minutes to cool down the heat after the air conditioner is turned off.
How to fix
1. Please be assured that it is safe to use the product.
2. Please contact the service center if the fan runs for a long period of time or when the air conditioner is not on.
