Causes and Symptoms
- The target temperature is set too high.
- Drying was not done when stopping the product after the cooling operation.
During cooling operation, odor particles in the air attach to the cooling plate and are discharged along with the water that is generated in the air conditioner, but when the target temperature is reached so that the outdoor unit stops, the odor particles attached to the cooling plate may be blown away by air along with moisture, causing an odor.

Move left or right to check the contents.
Try this
Lower the target temperature.
➔ In cases of odors that occur initially, when the air conditioner is operated continuously, odor particles are washed and discharged with the water that is generated in the air conditioner.
After the cooling operation is finished, dry any moisture inside the air conditioner for more than 10 minutes using the [Fan mode] or [Auto Dry] function, and then turn the product off.
➔ Moisture remaining inside causes odors.
If there is a continuous odor, there is also a method to disassemble and wash the product, so have it checked by a service technician.
