[LG OLED TV Screen] I am getting a black-and-white picture

Troubleshooting

If the screen appears in black and white when a set-top is connected, it may be due to a poor HDMI cable connection.
If the screen appears in black and white only in certain channels, it is likely an issue with the broadcast signal rather than the TV itself.

Causes and Symptoms

  • The HDMI connection to your set-top box is bad.
  • The broadcast signal is unstable.
