Symptom

If the print sheet is jammed

 Cause

If the print sheet is inserted incorrectly or due to temporary error of the product, printing may stop.

How to fix

How to use connect

1. Do not pull out the print sheet by force. Turn it off and on again. It will automatically come out.
2. If it doesn’t automatically come out, open the upper cover and organize inside and insert smart sheet again.
