but with an external device or cable. Please check the connections of the external devices and cables.<br>

If you are using a public broadcast antenna or cable TV broadcast antenna directly connected to the antenna
port at the back of the TV,<br>
it is recommended that you first request your property management office or cable TV service provider for an
inspection.

Turn off the power of the TV and external device, disconnect the HDMI cable on the back of the TV, and
reconnect it.<br>
Also, remove the HDMI cable from the external device and reconnect it, if feasible.<br>
It is recommended to use an authentic HDMI cable to connect your TV with the external device. (Version 2.0)
