LG Remote Service allows a support agent to remotely diagnose and troubleshoot your TV.
To use this feature, connect your TV to the internet, and then follow the menu path for your TV to open LG Remote Service and get an access code.
How to Access Remote Service on Your LG TV
Step 1. Open LG Remote Service From the Settings Menu
On your TV remote, press the [Settings] (gear icon) or [Mute] button three times in a row.
- Open LG Remote Service, review and accept the terms and conditions, and then provide the access code to the support agent.
- 2020 and Later TVs (webOS 5.0 and Later): Press Settings on the remote, and then select All Settings, Support, Quick Help, and LG Remote Service.
- 2019 TVs (webOS 4.5): Press Settings on the remote, and then select All Settings, General, Support, Quick Help, and LG Remote Service.
- 2018 and Earlier TVs (webOS 4.0 and Earlier). : Press Settings on the remote, and then select All Settings, General, Support, and LG Remote Service.
