If the laundry is stuck on one side or is not level, the spin cycle may not be possible.
At this time, in order to solve the imbalance issue with the laundry, water may be supplied so that the unwinding motion can be operated.
Additionally, with the automatic tub clean function, a jet spray may be supplied to remove foreign objects remaining in the tub during spinning.
For some models, water may come out of the jet spray when selecting TurboWash at water levels 1-3.

Laundry nets: It is recommended to use a laundry net suited to the amount and size of each type of laundry, adding laundry to the point of filling only 2/3 of the laundry net.
When using a laundry net, avoid washing the net separately, and wash at least 2 or 3 laundry nets with different clothing types.
Incorrect laundry net use may cause damage to the washing machine and laundry or excessive vibration or noise. -
Duvets: If you wash two or more duvets or wash a duvet together with normal laundry, they may become tangled or stuck on one side due to differences in the materials.
Wash one duvet at a time using the Bedding course. -
Normal laundry: If you add excessive amounts of laundry or the laundry becomes tangled, the laundry may become stuck on one side.
If the laundry becomes stuck on one side, remove some of the laundry, evenly spread the remaining laundry and operate the washing machine again. - A small amount of normal laundry: If you add too small an amount of laundry, the laundry may become stuck on one side. Add more laundry, evenly spread the laundry and operate the washing machine again.

Knitwear: If small laundry absorbs lots of water, washing only 1 piece can cause the laundry to become stuck on one side.
Wash two or more knitwear at a time. -
Laundry balls: Adding excessive laundry balls may cause abnormal vibration and noise
Add only the number of laundry balls recommended by each laundry ball manufacturer.
When washing laundry such as laundry nets and large duvets, etc., which can easily become stuck on one side, noises may often occur.

Leveling method
Turn it counterclockwise to increase the height.
Is water supplied during the spin cycle? Does the washing machine return to rinse or repeatedly rinse?
→ If the laundry is stuck on one side during spinning, water is supplied to operate the unwinding motion in order to level the laundry.
When the unwinding motion operates (up to 2 times), the spin time will increase (by approximately 10 minutes), and when the imbalance issue is solved during operation, the washing machine enters the spin cycle normally.
If the problem recurs continuously, evenly spread the laundry and start the spin cycle.
Does water come out of the sky blue part (right side of the detergent dispenser) during the spin cycle?
