Electronic products by nature may generate heat in the control panel whilst running. (Same as for mobile phones or TVs which become heated during running.)
Specifically, on a hot summer day, the control panel can feel hotter than usual.
This is a temporary phenomenon caused by the weather and the product has no abnormality. So don’t worry and continue to run your machine.

If the button/control panel gets hot, check the following
➔ In this case, the control panel may be heated temporarily but the product is normal. Turn off the power and rest the machine for a while; it will cool and be OK.
1. In cases where the washing machine is placed on your veranda or utility room near a window, specifically on a hot summer day
2. In cases where the washing machine is placed outdoors
3. In cases where the machine is heated by steam or hot water
4. In cases where the product is constantly used for a long time
