Troubleshooting

When the weather is cold, any water left inside the product may freeze.
The product will not operate if the water freezes. Therefore, you can prevent freezing by removing any water left inside the product before it gets too cold.

Try this

1Remove any water left inside the water supply hose.

➔ Turn off the water tap, remove the water supply hose and hang it down so that the water can flow out.

Lock the water and remove water from the lake

2Completely remove any remaining water from inside the machine.

Open and pull out the drawer.
Open the hose plug at the left side and remove any remaining water.
Replace the plug, reinstall the leftover water hose, and then close the drawer.
(The leftover water hose may differ with different models. Refer to the manual for details.)

3Check if any water is left inside the drain hose.

Note
If any water remains, remove the drain hose from the drain hole keeping it low so as to allow any water to flow out.
