<li>If the protective film is not removed after purchase, a noise may occur when opening or closing the drawer or it may be hard to open and close the drawer.</li>

<li>Sometimes, if the rails are damaged, it may be hard to open or close the drawer.</li>

Remove the drawer and check if there is a sticky foreign object/substance (food) between the drawer rails and the drawer.<br>
If so, remove any such contaminants.

<li>If the rails are not assembled properly, reassemble them.</li>
