When the product is moved on its side, the cooling motor (compressor) may be detached or the gas pipe may be damaged as a result of vibration, resulting in product failure.
Since oil is present inside the cooling motor (compressor), if the refrigerator is tilted during transportation, the oil flows back, and supplying power immediately may cause product failure.
Try this
Do not move the refrigerator on its side, and move it upright as much as possible.
➔ If it has been moved on its side unavoidably, supply power after leaving it standing upright in its new location for 2 hours.
If you simply unplugged the power cord or moved the product upright to another location in the house, plug it in after 5 minutes.
