Causes and Symptoms
It is caused by environmental factors such as large humidity and temperature differences between indoors and outdoors or insufficient air circulation.
In particular, during hot and humid summer months, if there is a significant temperature difference between
the installation location and the outdoors, water may condense on the surface of a water purifier with
cooling functions, similar to how dew forms on a cold glass of ice.
Therefore, it is important to note that condensation occurring due to temperature differences is a normal
and common phenomenon in water purifiers with cooling, and it should not be considered a product defect. The
water droplets will naturally evaporate over time or disappear when the temperature difference decreases.
Try this
The appearance of water on the insulation surface or any discoloration of the material surface has no impact on the quality of the drinking water.
This is due to the fact that the plumbed-in (tankless) water dispenser is designed with a sealed structure that ensures the water's journey from the inlet, through the water pipes and filter, all the way to the outlet remains completely isolated.
Please ensure that that is some clearance between the water purifier and its surroundings.
Insufficient space between the product and the wall can restrict ventilation, leading to the formation of
condensation on the surface of the product.
To prevent this, it is recommended to maintain an indoor humidity level of 40~60% and leave a minimum of
10cm of space between the water purifier and the wall.
If water leaks from the bottom of the water purifier and accumulates on the floor, check if the drip tray has overflowed.
If the water leakage continues even after wiping the bottom of the water purifier, it is necessary to have it checked by a professional service technician.
After closing the middle water supply valve of the water purifier, please contact customer center.
