Did you dispense hot water right after dispensing cold water and vice versa?

➔ If you would like your water to be closer to the selected temperature, then discard the first dispense and use from the second dispense.
Residue water in the internal passage of the water purifier may mix with the newly prepared cold or hot water, lowering or increasing the temperature of the first dispense.

When changing from cold water to hot water, hot water comes out late due to residual water remaining in the direct water pipe.

Are you using a dish or cup made of thick china or glass?

➔ To maintain the temperature of the hot water, preheat your dish or cup.

When hot water is dispensed into a cold dish or cup, the container absorbs the heat, causing the water’s temperature to drop by approximately 10~15℃.
This is due to the transfer of heat from the water to the dish or cup.
To counter this, warm the cup or dish with hot water prior to use, pour out the warm water, and then use the pre-warmed container to hold the hot water.

The hot water stream comes out thinner than the cold water.

Plumbed-in (tankless) PuriCare water purifiers can dispense cold water immediately using the Instant Cooling system.
However, if large quantities of water are dispensed, eventually lukewarm water may be dispensed.
The inside of the water purifier has a cooling module that instantly creates cold water.
It takes 1 to 2 hours until the coolant in the cooling module becomes cold again.
