Condensation on the outdoor unit occurs. Why?
Symptom
Water leaks from the outdoor unit pipe.
How to fix
1. Condensation may be observed on the outdoor unit valves as cold refrigerant circulates in the AC and comes into contact with warm air outside.
Please be assured that it is not a sign of a defect and safe to use the product.
2. The phenomenon can be likened to condensation on cold water bottles when they are taken out from the refrigerator.
3. Insulate the pipes when the pipe taping is damaged.
