AS Spec-In Sales and Field Engineer

Major Responsibilities:
• Development of existing and new customers to achieve sales targets in SAC (System Air Condition) through SAC project sales activities with focus on Single CAC, MULTI, ISC, AWHP (Air to water heat pumps) and MULTI V (VRF) products
• Prepare project design, specification and quotations using LG equipment in support of the sales team with focus on AWHP and MULVI V products
• Search for new possibilities in a business with Air Conditioner to increase AS division sales
• Give support to and monitor AS distributors by project, with special focus on AWHP and MULTI V (VRF systems) projects
• Cooperation with HVAC designers, regularly visit and support them to facilitate LG products and applications
• Build and keep close relationship with general contractor of new projects
• Explore contractors and estate developers, build and maintain fruitful relationship, monitor and select new projects
• Update database by projects and partners, monitor and document project status
• Prepare and communicate price quotations and presentations
• Prepare sales forecast for demand planning team, monitor product delivery and arrival
• Collect market information about competitors and market
• Identify and create new sales opportunities with both existing and new customers, with a view of achieving agreed set volume targets
• Troubleshooting and SVC repairing activity
• Perform installation / Start up commissioning for all Multi V / Big sites & Manage data
• Make / Update standard installation materials
• Make standard SVC training materials by co-working with Academy trainer
• Provide training (Installation, Commissioning, SVC trouble shooting, GSFS, Warranty policy etc)

Requirements:
• University/College degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Engineering, Building Service Engineering or Energy Engineering
• 5-7 years of experience in related field
• Solid experience in the HVAC market, preferably gained from a reputable manufacturer
• Engineering or other relevant technical based qualifications are desirable
• Knowledge of HVAC market
• Communication and presentation skills
• Fluent English knowledge
• Accurate and precise work, paying attention to details
• Very good MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Power point)
• Knowledge of Croatian market for B2B and B2C
• Driving license “B” and willingness to travel extensively
