Issue: Slow internet (no 3G and/or 4G reception)
- Verifiy the mobile network settings (network mode and use only 2G netowrks not enabeled)
- Verify the network coverage of your provider in your area
- Verifiy the phone IMEI number (compare with the barcode label on the phone)
If the IMEI number is not correct please hand in the phone for service.
