Im a hospice nurse and I stay at different people's homes. In Southern California you need an air conditioner and I bring this one all over with me. The home I am at today has a decent size bedroom and the unit is not helping much at all

I've had my unit for more than two months. I've been running it daily. It has been hot and humid where I live. I have yet to see the water full indicator. Is this normal?

We appreciate your interest in this portable air conditioner. If this device is cooling properly, then the lack of the appearance of the Full Tank Indicator should be irrelevant.

Why does it cool for about a minute and then shuts off the cold air? Can i fix this?

Hi, my girl bought this unit about two months ago... It has a drain line at the bottom of the unit, after a few hours of use start to leak water. I wondering if i can get a drain plug for it. It didnt come with one.. Thank you.

I just got this unit today. I've had it plugged in for 3 hours and have had to empty the water 8 times. Not much water is coming out, but it's constantly shutting off and saying the water is full. Should I return it or is there something I missed?

Does anyone know how I can change the display from Celsius back to Fahrenheit WITHOUT the remote. The manual only discusses the button on the remote and we lost it. I know it can be done, just don't know how.

We appreciate your interest in this air conditioner. According to the information on page 12 of the owner’s manual, the temperature can be switched between Fahrenheit and Celsius by pressing the UP and DOWN arrow buttons at the same time.

I keep trying to set my AC temp to 62° and it goes for a few seconds then jumps up to 80° or higher, I want to cool down not burn up! I'm so frustrated and disapointed ready to return it, any help would be grealty appreciated thanks!

It is still set to cool to 62, when the "80" pops up that is telling you what temperature the room currently is. This is not a heating unit, so don't worry about it making the room warmer.

My 0814 has worked great for months, but now says full over and over. The water barely drains, as if it's mostly empty. How do I either fix the alert, or properly drain it? I don't think it's clogged, I can pick it up and tilt it and there's no waterslosh

We had the same problem. We fixed ours by removing the cap, attaching some washing machine hose line that connects to an empty two liter bottle. Now, it takes about 1-2 weeks and the bottle is full.
