Rated 5 out of 5 by Awesome 3D TV for the price and quality Just what I wanted in a TV. Great picture, easy to use and setup, sleek design. April 15, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by excellent 3D tv Excellent picture and features. The remote does take a little time to get used to. April 13, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Easy set-up and picture quality is great. No problems but the remote takes some getting used to. Easy set-up and the picture quality is great. April 12, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Big, beautiful picture Love this television! LG did it right. Plenty of HDMI inputs. Great picture on 60 inches of prime real estate. We use a digital TV antenna for our main TV viewing. The Hi-def picture is amazing...it "pops". The remote works like a Wii remote. Its not bad, just different from what you are used to. You can always use an universal remote if you need to. I'll say it again...great TV! April 5, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Smart TV with all the features. 3D, 240 htz, Ect This is the best TV I have purchased and it was an open box. How lucky can one get. I have the same in home service warranty for 5 years. The only thing I do see is there is no analog sound output for a headset base. I did find an adapter and Bluetooth transmitter that would give me a 200 foot range. All other things about the TV are great !! March 29, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great picture Educated sales floor and friendly associates.went in to look and bought a great tv March 23, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by fun tv with lots of features The remote is slow and difficult to navigate around February 28, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great TV This TV is incredible. Dual play works great if the TV is at the right angle, allowing two people to play split screen gaming with the entire view of the screen. Movies are crystal clear and motion is great when watching anything due to 240hz Tru Motion. Had it for a month and no complaints. The remote is like a Wiimote and takes some getting used to. The remote only has a few buttons but the TV can control most set top boxes including U-Verse which is what I have. February 17, 2014

Answer:
well..the last TV before i got this one, was a plasma and the glare between that plasma and this one is NOT much different!!! So unless you have a way of covering those windows with dark blinds or curtains, then you SHOULDN'T get this tv... The good thing about this TV (LED) vs the plasma, is that you can crank up the BACK LIGHT and then you DON'T notice most of it ... but still some...

We just bought the LG 60" LED 1080p 240HZ 3D Smart HDTV-60LM7200. In the upper right corner it shows 1080p / 60HZ.. Why does it only say 60hz? How do I fix this?

Answer:
from the other posts about this same questions, the top information are the specs of the signal coming IN (INPUT), not the OUTPUT. Therefore the signal coming in is at 60hz.

Answer:
The TV is already showing content in 240Hz, it takes whatever signal it is receiving and automatically makes it 240.. The 60Hz you see in the corner is the signal that is being given to the TV.
