What People Are Saying

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Wet clothes I purchased this unit from a local elections retailer with high hopes. After putting the dryer on 6hrs clothes still come out wet.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great for my tiny cottage I've had this washer/dryer for nearly a year now and love it. I also purchased the storage base for extra storage and to raise it up to a comfortable height. I don't use the dryer cycle much, but it's nice to have. My clothes come out nearly dry without using the dryer. I hang larger items on hangers in the closed right out of the wash, leaving space between each item. They are totally dry within hours. I also use a folding drying rack for smaller items (socks, underwear, etc.). Shaking items out before hanging to dry removes most of the wrinkles. My cottage is about 400 square feet. This sure beats going to the laundromat and the clothes come out spotless clean; even the whites. I make sure to leave the door open after using it and wipe it down with paper towels to prevent mold. So far, so good, and I live very close to the ocean so it's humid. I like the song it plays when the wash is finished, too. Perfect for tiny houses or apartments. Only uses 110V outlet and doesn't need venting.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Terrible product Leaks from the front, back, and somewhere underneath. The dryer is only light duty. It will never dry towels, yes, you can dry all day long and towels will be dripping wet.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I absolutely love this machine!!!! After moving into a small house with no washer/dryer hooks up I took a chance and purchased this machine. I bought wheels for it so I hook it to the kitchen sink.I have had it for 7 months and have had no problems at all. Our clothes come out perfect. I read a lot of the reviews about how clothes come out wet and wrinkled and I found if the clothes are the same type of fabric it works well. I have put a load of 8 bath sheets and they will come out dry but if a silky Tee gets mixed in it will come out damp. I can do an average load in about 3 hours.I have also used it for heavy queen sized blankets and it works fine. I am one happy camper!!!:)

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Lower the drain or raise the w/d! BEST EVER I have used Machines like this while visiting Europe. I always wanted one for my home in the states. However, they weren't available years ago. Now I have one and love it. At first, yes,my clothes and towels were damp. I read reviews, watched you tube videos, and did more research to figure out how to solve the issue. A friend stopped by with his drill and tapped into the drain. We lowered the drain tube from the washer to about 10 inches from the ground. Now.... Everything is dry and I feel as if the machine isn't working as hard to expel all of the water before entering the dry cycle. I have always hung the majority of my clothes so items not being totally dry was not a huge issue. But, I do like my towels 100% dry - especially living in humid Florida. I hope you can see how we made this work via the pics.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor drying results This is a unit that was purchased and installed by my apartment building. It is the WORST machine I have ever used. As another reviewer stated, it leaves a rubber odor on your clothes, lint is impossible to clean out since there is no trap, and it simply doesn't dry the clothes. From reading about it, I have concluded that my unit doesn't sit high enough to drain the water properly, causing the drying results to be abysmal. Unfortunately, since I did not design the water hookup in the apartment, nor did I install this unit, the only way to remedy the height would be to build a 4 foot platform for it to sit on. Impractical and not going to happen in a rented place. So I will just have to air-dry all my clothes. Not only does it not dry clothes, you have to micro-sort your clothes into color, fabric, and a multitiude of other categories to get "optimal" performance out of it. Doing twice the amount of loads and running the dryer all day doesn't seem very energy efficient to me.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Horrendous We received this machine after buying a new house. This vents too much hot air that stinks like burning, my clothes never smell fresh, the cycles are 3-6 hours long, the clothes come out faded and wrinkly, and clothes comes out wet. Literally the worst machine you could buy.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Real workhourse If you understand what you have bought, this unit will provide years of good use. We have had ours for at least ten years and love it. We had a laundry in the basement and were regularly leaving wet clothes in it for a few hours after it finished. With this full service unit we don't have that problem. Yes, an average load takes about three hours but it is start and forget until done. If you are not there to get clothes out when done, it does an excellent job of keeping them wrinkle free. Going out for the day (work?), set the time delay so it starts later. Your clothes will be ready when you get home. Concerning the clothes not being quite dry, this is a valid point. Blankets require longer times. Sheets generally are dry after being shaken out. Shirts appreciate that last bit of moisture to be wrinkle free. We have enjoyed it. If you have a large family and are constantly doing loads, you'll likely not be happy with this. But, for a couple or small family or for a second laundry upstairs, this unit is great.

Doesn't run when turned on LE light blinking

Asked by: Jazzy Dude
We regret the trouble you have experienced with this washing machine. The LE Error Code, for a washing machine, indicates that the Wash Tub is not rotating properly. This could potentially be caused by the machine being overloaded. Troubleshooting steps can be located in the owner’s manual on page 35.

Can you use detergent "Pods" placed directly in the drum;  or as the manual says only place detergent in the dispenser.

Asked by: jack99
We appreciate your interest in this washing machine. We do not recommend the use of Pods, or packaged detergents. The manufacturer recommends the use of a liquid or powdered High Efficiency (HE) detergent in the appropriate detergent cup in order for the unit to be able to dispense the detergent and other additives at the appropriate time during the wash cycle. It is recommended to only use additives labeled specifically for HE washing machines.
