Sound starts the moment you transfer audio to the Sound Bar. The Sound Bar remains in sleep mode but turns on and begins playing when the audio is sent via Bluetooth.

LG Sound Bar SK1 comes with its own remote but it can be controlled with your LG TV remote. LG Sound Sync links compatible the LG television to the Sound Bar using an optical cable.

I blew out the speakers on my old TV only for me to use my LG hometheater as out put sound, well i came across Lg ads on iG to find out I should have just bought this in the first place. Great sound quality for the price, and exactly what I was looking for. It comes with a 3' optical cable, a remote, and 2 AAA batteries for the remote. Plug the sound bar into the wall and the TV and you're good to go.

I own one of these. And I dont mean to give a bad review, but if you are looking to buy one, it probably wont meet your expectations. If you are connecting it to your TV, your best bet is to use the optical connection, the portable audio option is terrible ( Your TV speakers will most likely sound better). That said, you should know not to expect a great sound experience even on the optical line, it only sounds louder. There are lots of cheaper soundbars that do a lot better ( No joke). Mine did not come with any cable. I had to spend extra bucks to get one. I bought from a major distributor (so, rule out adulteration). Do not buy this as the main speaker for your home. There is my honest review. I will be getting a different soundbar, and will use this for my computer or give it out.
