How to add products to LG ThinQ
Before adding the products
1.Turn on the product and the router.
Please note that if the product you want to add is far away from the router, it may take longer time to register
the product due to weak internet signal.
2.Turn off the mobile data and connect to the Wi-Fi
If you are using data on your mobile phone, or if you are using iPhone, turn off the cellular data and connect to the Wi-Fi that you are using.
Wait! Here are some more tips.
Products can’t be connected using 5G Wi-Fi.
LG ThinQ can only be used with products that has below logos.
Try this.
Install LG ThinQ App.
1 Go to Play Store or App Store and install LG ThinQ App.
2.Once the app is installed, open the app.
3.Give access permissions to use different feature of the app.
Adding products to LG ThinQ.

set your language and region as below in the login page.
1) Select the “+” icon on the top right of the screen to go to the product adding page
2) Select the product group you wish to add from the list
3) Proceed by following the steps shown on the app to add the product
