Unable to access ThinQ after upgrading the OS to Android Q / No response from the server

  [Cause]

   → Google changed the structure of the internal feature called ‘WebView’ of Android, from version 10 onwards.

       For this reason, access information of ThinQ got erased in some devices and made the users unable to access to ThinQ and its services.


  ▶ [Response] ※Only applicable to versions before 3.0.1801001.

   → The problem occurs when existing Chrome is updated to Android 10.

      The problem can be fixed by downloading the latest ThinQ App from Google Play.
