Is the water level low or water supply/drainage/spin-drying starting after only a small quantity of water has been supplied? Does it look like water is flowing back?

➔ In some courses and water levels, there is an operation to wet the laundry to carry out Second Weight Detection (detection of wet laundry).

The tub moves at high speed one spin to the left and one to the right for approximately 2 minutes.
As the tub rotates during water supply and the gurgling sound of water is heard, it might look like drainage/spin/backflow occurs and the laundry is not washed, but this is a normal operation to wet the laundry.

➔ In the Standard Course of some models the washing machine operates to detect the fabric for the AI DD Customized Washing operation.

If the laundry is less than 5kg in the Standard Course of corresponding models, AIDD Customized Washing is conducted.
As AI DD Customized Washing detects the fabric by weight and carries out optimized washing suitable for the fabric, it supplies only a small quantity of water in the early stage to identify the type of fabric whilst it is wet.
You can use the washing machine with peace of mind, since Fabric Detection is conducted over approximately 4 minutes for the AI DD Customized Washing operation, and then water will be supplied up to the selected water level and optimized washing will be executed.
