Only use the steam-exclusive mop pads provided at the time of purchase.
* Only use the dedicated steam mop pad included in the package.

Try this.

Preparing for use before cleaning

Press the PUSH button (ⓛ) to remove the water tank,
open the cap (②), and fill the tank with water using the measuring cup (③)

2. Wet both sides of the mop pads, wring them out thoroughly, and attach them to the center of each mop plate.

Cleaning in Steam Mode

→ When operating in Steam Mode, the LED on the battery pack lights up in red.

1. Insert the battery pack (②) into the Steam Mop Nozzle (③), and insert a fully charged auxiliary battery (①) into the battery pack.
※ Push the battery pack and battery in completely until you hear a click.

2. Insert the Steam Mop Nozzle into the extension pipe and connect it to the main body.
Press the power button (④) on the main body to turn on Steam Mode and start preheating.

※ During preheating, the front LED of the nozzle blinks.
Preheating takes about 40 seconds

Cleaning in Normal Mop Mode

→ When operating in Normal Mop Mode, the LED on the battery pack is turned off.

1. If you turn on the vacuum without installing the battery pack or battery, it will operate in Standard Mop Mode.
2. If you press the steam button on the battery pack while using Steam Mode, it switches to Normal Mop Mode.
3. If the battery in the battery pack is discharged while using Steam Mode, it switches to Normal Mop Mode.
