Troubleshooting

Causes and Symptoms

  • The vacuum will not operate if debris is blocking the product body, extension pipe, or nozzle.
  • The vacuum will not operate if the filter is clogged.
  • The vacuum will not operate if a foreign object is caught in the nozzle’s rotating brush.

Try this.

1. Check for debris in the product body, extension pipe, or nozzle
If the vacuum becomes clogged with debris, causing the motor to overheat, it will automatically shut off as a safety measure.
Remove any debris from the following parts before using the vacuum again.

2. Check the pre-filter and large dust separator
The motor may not operate if the pre-filter or the large dust separator is clogged with debris.
Refer to the user manual to clean the filter and separator before using the vacuum again.

3. Inspect the rotating brush
The rotating brush may not operate if debris is caught in it.
Remove the rotating brush from the nozzle and remove any debris before using the vacuum again.
