Please clean the product.

If the product is clogged with foreign objects, the motor will make a humming noise, and a blockage notification will appear on the status display.
If the blockage persists, the power will turn off to protect the product, and an alarm will sound.

Try this.

If the nozzle or extension pipe is clogged with foreign objects, the product may turn off to protect itself.

Notes on product turning off

1. If the inside of the product is clogged with foreign objects, the suction power will decrease, and a blockage notification will appear on the screen along with a humming noise.

2. If the blockage persists, the power will automatically turn off to protect the product.

3. Check if there are any foreign objects stuck inside the product, such as the main body, adjustable extension pipe, or nozzle.

4. To remove foreign objects stuck in the main body, detach the dust bin and the large dust separator, then use a long wooden stick to push the objects into the dust bin.

5. Detach the filter, dust bin, and large dust separator from the main body. Shake off the dust and wash them with water.

• Hold the exhaust filter cover and turn it counterclockwise to open it, then remove the exhaust filter from the main body.

• Hold the large dust separator and turn the pre-filter clockwise to remove it.
When removing the large dust separator, the pre-filter will come out attached to it.
If they do not come out together, reassemble the large dust separator into the main body and then remove the pre-filter.

• Shake the dust off the dust bin and filters, and wash them with water at least once a month.
After washing the dust bin and filters with water, dry them completely in a well-ventilated shaded area for at least 24 hours before use.
If moisture remains, it may cause an odor.

7. Clean any foreign objects stuck in the nozzle.

Caution!

Always assemble the exhaust filter and pre-filter before use.
  Operating the product without the pre-filter may damage the motor and exhaust filter.
