[LG CordZero A9] Weak Suction Power (Cleaning the Nozzle)

Troubleshooting

Causes and Symptoms

  • The battery level is low.
  • There is debris in the vacuum nozzle.
  • The dust bin is full.
  • There is dust or a foreign object in the filter.
  • The vacuum nozzle or extension pipe is not attached correctly.
  • The exhaust filter is not installed correctly.

Let's find out more.

The vacuum cleaner works by using the motor to draw in outside air.
If the nozzle, pipe, and filter are not attached properly, gaps can form and reduce suction.
If the nozzle or filter is clogged with dust or debris, airflow is restricted, so the vacuum may not pick up dust effectively.

Try this.

Please charge the vacuum cleaner or battery before use.

Is the nozzle or extension pipe blocked by debris such as tissue, stockings, or plastic bags?

Remove the debris and try using the vacuum again.

If a foreign object blocks the nozzle or pipe, the vacuum cleaner may become louder during use.

1. For safety, first remove the battery from the vacuum cleaner.

2. Turn the exhaust filter counterclockwise to remove it.

3. Remove the pre-filter from the vacuum cleaner and shake off the dust.
