If dust accumulates on the top or underside of the Kompressor working plate, the Kompressor lever may not work properly.
If dust builds up on the top of the working plate, the Kompressor lever may not fully retract.
If a hard object gets stuck between the dust bin and the cyclonic mesh filter, the Kompressor lever may not move down.

Try this.

Do not force the Kompressor lever down. Follow the instructions below.

1. 1. Remove the battery from the vacuum body.
2. 2. Open the dust bin and empty the dust into a trash can.
3. 3. Insert the crevice tool into the cyclonic mesh filter and turn it counterclockwise to remove it.
4. 4. Once the cyclonic mesh filter is removed, place the vacuum body so the filter side faces down.
5. 5. Press and hold the Kompressor lever down, then use the included cleaning brush to remove any dust stuck in the crevices and discard it.
