Causes and Symptoms
- The signal cable connection condition is poor.
- The external input port of the monitor is changed.
- Monitor setting is changed.
- Press the Num Lock key on the keyboard to see if the LED is lit or not.
Try this
Is the cable connected properly?
➔ Check if the pins are damaged or have foreign objects. If they do, replace the cable with an authentic cable.
Did you use the cable that came with the monitor?
Did you check the input signal terminal?
➔ It can occur due to changes in the input terminal on the monitor, so check and change the signal terminal.
1. Press the joystick at the bottom center of the product to open the main menu.
2. Move to the right and then press [Input].
3. Select the currently connected port.
Did you reset the monitor setting?
➔ It can occur due to monitor input selection or setting errors, so reset it to the factory setting.
1. Press the Joystick at the bottom center of the product to open the main menu.
2. Move to the right and then press [Settings].
3. Select [General].
4.Select [Reset to lnitial Settings] and press [OK] to reset it.
Press the [NumLock] key on the keyboard to check it.
➔ Press the [NumLock] key: [Num Lock Off] → [Num Lock On]. If it does not operate this way, then check your PC.
