Troubleshooting

If there are problems with the set-top box or the wired antenna cable, the screen and channels may not function properly.

Causes and symptoms

➔ Check for any malfunctions of or poor cable connection to the set-top box.

  • It can possibly prevent the screen from disconnecting or freezing.
  • It may resolve issues of all channels or specific channels that do not appear.

※ If the same problem persists even after resetting the set-top box, contact the communication service provider for assistance.

Try this

➔ Reconnecting the cable (turn off the power to the TV monitor and the set-top box before checking the devices.)

1. Try reconnecting the HDMI cable that connects to the set-top box.

※ It is recommended that you use an authentic cable when connecting the TV monitor and set-top box with an HDMI cable. (Version 2.0)
