Before installing your stand or fixing a wobble, check the back of your monitor to identify the assembly type.
Choose the correct setup method based on your stand:
Screw Type: Uses screws to attach the stand.
One-Click Type: Locks into a slot without screws.
Ergo Stand: Clamps to your desk.
Why Is the Monitor Stand Wobbly or Difficult to Install?
- You are using the wrong assembly method for your monitor.
- The one-click connection is not fully engaged, leaving a gap.
- The screw under the stand base is loose.
How to Identify and Assemble Your Monitor Stand
Case 1. Identify the Stand Type
- Check the back of your monitor where the stand connects to identify your type:
- Screw Type: Has screw holes.
- One-Click Type: Has a rectangular cover without screw holes.
- Ergo Stand: Uses a clamp to attach to the edge of your desk.
Case 2. Install a One-Touch Stand
- 1. Insert the top of the stand body into the upper slot on the back of your monitor at an angle.
- 2. Press the bottom of the stand body toward your monitor until it clicks into place.
- 3. Connect the stand base to the stand body.
- 4. Turn the base over and securely tighten the screw using a screwdriver or a coin.
Case 3. Install a Screw- Mounted Stand (Rear Screws)
- 1. Align the stand body with the mounting area on the back of your monitor.
- 2. Use a Phillips screwdriver to securely tighten all included screws.
- 3. Connect the stand base to the stand body.
- 4. Turn the base over and securely tighten the bottom screw using a screwdriver.
Case 4. Install a Screw-Mounted Stand (Bottom Screws)
- 1. Align the stand body with the mounting area on the back of your monitor.
- 2. Use a Phillips screwdriver to securely tighten all included screws on the bottom of your monitor.
- 3. Align the stand base with the stand body and connect them
- 4. Turn the base over and fully tighten the bottom screw (handle or standard type) using a screwdriver.
Case 5. Secure and Level Your Ergo Stand
- 1. Position the clamp to fit the thickness of your desk.
- 2. Turn the handle under the desk until the stand is secure.
- 3. Hold the left and right sides of the monitor frame with both hands.
- 4. Gently move the screen to adjust the tilt and level it.

- Q. Why Doesn’t My One-Touch Stand Click Into Place?

A. The top of the stand body may not be fully inserted into the upper slot on the back of the monitor.
Press the release button and remove the stand. Insert the top of the stand body fully into the upper slot, and then press the bottom of the stand toward your monitor until it clicks into place.
