[LG TV Remote Control] Buttons do not work with the Key Locked message appearing.

Causes and Symptoms

  • A message appears saying that the key lock is enabled.
  • The button doesn't work.

Try this

On the TV remote, select Menu (Home or Settings) → General Functions → Key Lock, and select Off.

➔ However, the keys cannot be unlocked with the buttons on the TV.

※ The remote control buttons may differ by TV model.
