            When an issue occurs with the set-top box or the communication lines, sound and screen may not work.<br>
            In this case, reset the set-top box to solve the issue.<br>
            If the TV input status, such as channel or HDMI, does not appear as shown below when power is turned on, an
            accurate
            diagnosis by the service manager may be required.

        <p class="info-desc idt">➔ When you turn on the TV and press the [Home] button or the [Volume] button on the TV
            remote control, check whether the menu or sound display on the screen looks normal.</p>        <p>If you see a menu on the screen, reset the set-top box, turn the set-top box on again, and then check the TV
            screen.</p>        <p>
            ※ Set-top box remote control and TV remote control each has a different use.<br>
            If the screen does not appear, please check using the TV remote control.

            2. Turn off the power switch on the back of the set-top box, wait for 5 seconds, and turn it on again.
