You can sign up on the TV by simply entering your ID and password.
Models released in 2011
1. Press the Home button on the TV remote.
2. Press the [Login] icon displayed at the top of the screen.
3. Press the [Sign Up] button displayed on the screen.
4. Enter your ID.
5. Enter the password.
6. Press the [OK] button to complete the sign-up process.
Models released in 2012
1. Press the Home button on the TV remote.
2. Press the [Login] icon displayed at the top of the screen.
3. Press the [Sign Up] button displayed on the screen.
4. After agreeing to the terms and conditions, proceed with the sign-up process.
5. Enter the desired ID and press [Check for Duplicates].
6. After entering the password, press [OK] to complete the membership registration.
Note
When you sign up, you will become a [Provisional Member].
[Provisional Members] can only purchase free apps and content and cannot purchase paid apps and content.
The ID must be composed of 6 to 12 characters, combining English alphabets and numbers.
The password must be 4 to 12 characters, combining English alphabets and numbers.
The membership ID and password registered through the TV can be used on the PC as well.
After logging in on the PC, enter additional member information (date of birth, address, payment information, etc.)
and finish the email verification process to complete the sign-up process and become a regular member.
