Causes and Symptoms
- The Energy Saving is enabled on your TV.
- Try changing the Picture Mode.

Have you enabled the Energy Saving?
➔ Disable [Energy Saving] in the TV Settings menu.
The screen brightness can change depending on the active Energy Saving.
➔ Enabling [Energy Saving] in [2022 WebOS22] and [2021 WebOS6.0 or later].
1. Turn on the TV and press the [Settings] button on your TV remote.
Select [All Settings] in the [Settings] menu.
2. Select [General] and then [OLED Care].
3. Select [Device Self Care].
4. Select [Energy Saving Step].
5. Select [Energy Saving Step Stage] and set [Maximum] to [Off].
➔ Enabling [Energy Saving] in [2020 WebOS 5.0].

Is Auto Energy Saving on?
➔ Disable [Auto Energy Saving] in the TV Settings menu.
➔ Running [Energy Saving] in the Settings menu
1. Turn on the TV and press the [Settings] button on your TV remote.
Select [All Settings] in the [Settings] menu.
2. Select [Picture] and then [Energy Saving] and set it to [Off].
Does the screen remain dimmed even after disabling the Energy Saving?
➔ Select [Standard Picture] for [Picture Mode] in the TV Settings mode.
The brightness of the screen varies depending on the mode selected.
