[LG TV screen] There are a few dots flashing on the screen

Troubleshooting

Causes and Symptoms

Inactive pixels (non-extinguishing cell defects and dark spots)

Colored dots shown on the screen consist of approximately two million to six million pixels.
Sometimes, approximately 1PPM (one in a million) of inactive pixels may be displayed as fine dots, but they do not affect the performance and reliability of the product.

Defective pixels, which may occur as fine foreign objects of 0.3 microns or less, are conditions commonly occur in all display devices across the world.
