- Some particular game titles (ex. Red Dead Redemption 2, etc.) only provide 30fps screen displays and stuttering (afterimage) may occur.
- When using game titles with a frequency of less than 60Hz, you can improve the image quality by turning off ALLM (screen latency prevention function) on the game console and setting and using the [TruMotion] menu on the TV.
TruMotion cannot be set if you set the game mode for the video mode in the TV settings.
From TruMotion settings, set the most comfortable mode to view from among cinematic motion, natural motion and smooth motion.
