How to connect Matter devices to the ThinQ app

Troubleshooting

Matter is a global communication standard that lets you control smart home devices from multiple manufacturers with a single app.
You can even connect one Matter-certified device to multiple platforms and control multiple Matter devices simultaneously.

Make sure to check the following before connecting your TV and Matter device with the ThinQ app.
• Your TV must support the hub feature in order to control your Matter device.
• To control your Matter device from the ThinQ app and TV, the connected Matter device and TV must be on the same network and in the same home in the ThinQ app.
• The account on your TV and the account in the ThinQ app must be the same to register and use your Matter device.
