Navigating to the User Guide on a webOS24/25 TV (released from 2024 onward)
1. Press the remote control Settings [ ]
button. Select the All Settings [
]
button from the
quick menu.
2. Choose the [Support] tab and select User Guide.
3. Here you can view the contents of the User Guide.
How to check your TV’s model name
You can easily check your TV’s model name using a shortcut button on the remote control.
1. Press the mute []
button on the remote control three times in succession.
2. Check the model name, serial number and webOS version of your TV on screen.
You can also check the information label on the TV’s back panel for the model name.
The label can be located on either the right side or the left side of the back panel.
