<h3 class="sub-tit">If wireless charging is not working, please check the following list.</h3>
        <p class="txt-idt">
            1. Check the model name.<br>
HBS-TFN6 and HBS-TFN7 support wireless charging.<br>
HBS-TFN5, HBS-TFN4, HBS-PFL7, and HBS-PFL7P do not support wireless charging.
        </p>        <p class="txt-idt">
            2. Make sure the TONE Free is placed in the center of the charger pad. <br>
If your TONE Free is not placed in the correct position, it may charge slowly or heat may be generated.<br>
If the temperature of the charger reaches 45 degrees, it won’t charge your TONE Free for safety purposes. 
        </p>        <p class="txt-idt">
            3. Check if there is a conductive sticker [silver foil sticker] or a thick case between the product and the wireless charger.
        </p>        <p class="txt-idt">
            4. Check if the wireless charger is not compatible with your TONE Free. <br>
Depending on the wireless charger, it won’t charge your product at all or the charging may be slow.
        </p>
