[LG Audio] There is no sound coming from the woofer speaker model since 2014.

Troubleshooting

Target model : NB5540, 4540, 3540

If the power supply outlet connection to the woofer speaker is not ok, then there will be no sound from it.
If the LED at the front of woofer speaker flickers in green or if it stops in red, then it means that there is no connection between the main body and the woofer speaker thus there is no sound.

Try this

If there is no voice from the woofer speaker despite the voice heard from the main body of the sound bar, you can use this method for setting the main body and the woofer speaker to let the voice be heard from the woofer speaker.

1. On the remote control, press the Volume [-] button. When the display of the main body displays [VOL MIN], long press the [Quiet] button on the remote control for more than 5 seconds.
2. After the display shows [W RESET], long press the [PAIRING] button at the rear of the woofer speaker with a sharp object such as a ball pen for more than 5 seconds.
3. When the LED at the front of the woofer speaker flickers in green and red in turns, remove the power cords of the main body and the woofer speaker from the power outlet.
4. After a moment, make sure that the LEDs of the main body and the woofer speaker are completely turned off, and wait for about a minute and connect the power cord of the main body and the woofer speaker.
5. Turn on the power of the main body.
If the LED at the front of woofer speaker moves fast in green and stops, then it means that the setting is ok.
