If your soundbar doesn't pair with your smartphone, TV, or PC, or if you hear no sound, check your connection and audio settings.
First, put your soundbar in pairing mode.
Then, select your soundbar from the Bluetooth list on your device and set it as the Audio Output.
If the audio drops out or sounds distorted after pairing, keep the soundbar at least 3 feet (1 m) away from your Wi-Fi router and remove any obstacles between the soundbar and your connected device.
