<h3 class="sub-tit">Was your refrigerator relocated, repaired or serviced recently?</h3>
<p class="info-desc">➔ Wait a day or so for the inside of the refrigerator to reach the set temperature.</p><p>
If it was relocated, repaired or serviced, chances are that the temperature inside the refrigerator increased due to the loss of cold air.<br>
The motor may operate continuously for a day or so to get back to and maintain a normal operating temperature.<br>
Once the set temperature has been reached, the cold air motor (compressor) operates and stops repeatedly in normal manner.<br>
Also, once the set temperature has been reached, the operating time of the cold air motor (compressor) is reduced.

If the freezer or fridge door is left open for an extended period of time, the motor will continue to operate in order to compensate for the lost cold air.<br>
When the refrigerator door is not closed properly due to weakened adhesion of the magnetic door gasket, cold air continues to escape and the motor may continue to operate.<br>
