Has water leaked from the refrigerator and spilled onto the floor?
➔ Store food in airtight containers, and make sure the refrigerator door is closed tightly.
If a container stored in the refrigerator is slightly open, the contents of the container may have spilled out.
Also, if you put hot food into the refrigerator without allowing it to cool, condensation may form when it meets the cold air in the refrigerator.
If the refrigerator door is not fully closed in summer, condensation may form.
After cooling the food, store it in an airtight container and double-check to make sure the door is closed all the way.
Is the water that is leaking around the refrigerator installation area coming from the bottom of the refrigerator?
➔ Check the installation location around the refrigerator.
If the hose of the water purifier fitted to the refrigerator is installed incorrectly, it may appear that water is flowing from the bottom of the refrigerator.
Also, water from the sink drain or boiler may have run into the refrigerator’s location.
If water is leaking around the refrigerator or onto the floor, check the installation area, such as under the sink or where the water purifier hose is connected.
※ If water is leaking due to the bursting of the water purifier's water supply tube, close the feed valve and request a visit from the water purifier installer.
